What I hadn’t realised was how much I would come to rely on Fiona – not only was she fantastic in putting together a workable itinerary from my mishmash list of destinations, but she was able to make changes while I was en-route. I never really believed that my onward train and bus tickets would be waiting for me when I changed hotels every other day in China, but they were!”
